[/s]. We chatted nervously together for the many hours on the train and stuck together getting off and getting to the castle (funny how they were all sorted into different houses than me).GINEVRA MOLLY WEASLEY

The castle was intimidating to me back then. The Great Hall was astounding. Everything was. The hat ceremony was worse, having to go out in front of everybody like that. My name was one of that last called, which gave me enough time to calm myself down. I wanted to be in Gryffindor, just like the rest of my family. The hat granted me that, and I joined my brothers happily at their table. Too bad I wasn't so lucky the rest of the year.
So I'm sure you've all heard the stories. 1992, the year of the Baskilisk and petrifications. And the little girl who got possessed by Voldemort by writing to him in his diary. Yes, that little girl was me. My first year was a disaster, clearly. A lot of it was a blur. Blood writing on the wall; when I learned I did that, I was shocked because I had no recollection of it. Other things I won't get into because it even scares me to this day to recall them. I woke up in the Chamber of Secrets knowing I had nearly died and Harry had saved me.
My second year wasn't nearly as disastrous personally, thank goodness. Other than some pretty scary dementors on the train, it was smooth sailing. My third year was the year of the Triwizard Tournament. Other schools came to Hogwarts to compete in these intense games. Harry was somehow chosen as a fourth competitor despite his age, which was odd. The games were neat, but also very dangerous and scary. In one event, Harry, Hermione, and Ron were all put into potential danger. I was somehow thinking no matter how dangerous these games, where nothing bad would happen. How wrong was I?
Cedric. Dead. I hadn't known him too well, other than the fact I found him to be extremely attractive. The fact that he had been killed, by Voldemort none the less, in the same place that Harry was taken too was terrifying. He was lucky to come out with his life, Harry was. I guess he always is, with all the trouble he gets into.
The only thing I really enjoyed about the Triwizard Tournament was the Yule Ball. It was for all students of the schools (for Hogwarts students in 4th year and up) to attend with wizard rock music and gorgeous decor. The only reason I got invited was because Neville Longbottom, one of my good friends, invited me to go as friends, which I was glad to do. My mum even made me a pretty dress (even though I didn't have the heart to tell her I didn't want a dress). Dresses aren't exactly my style.
This year is my fourth year. Despite many conflicts in the wizarding world that had me staying at Grimmauld Place and fearing for my life and the lives of my family, school is pretty good -snort-. I made the Gryffindor Quidditch team as a chaser and I got a boyfriend named Michael Corner. But don't tell my brother, they'd go crazy!"

What do you think of Ginny Weasley?
"Well Ginnaaay is annoyingly good at everything. Like, really. Yanno those unrealistic people in those muggle films with no flaws whatsoever? Well, you probably don't, cuz you're not a muggle. But..that's Gin. She also enjoys snogging every pair of lips she can find..even though she clearly favors famous young men. Personally, I have no clue as to how she manages to cast every spell correctly. It's like everything she tries works out--so obviously other people are going to let her snog them. That, and she's got our ridiculously attractive red hair. She's also..short. Oh, and she can be a real hot head. Ya drop her quil and she'll probably kill you for it. She can be a bit touchy, so watch it. This has been Fred Weasley, attractive twin number one, on GinGinGinaynay. You're very welcome, good Sir."

"Ginevra Weasley? Well, she's certainly a Weasley, that's for sure. Disgustingly bright red hair, annoying, poor little thing. The filthy vermon live in a lopsided home full of rubbish. They can't even take care of their surroundings -there's a reason they call it the Burrow -snorts-. It's not exactly charming, is it? Well anyway, that's beside the point. I don't even feel bad about putting Tom Riddle's Diary in wit her things in her first year. Bloody little thing and her family causes nothing but trouble for my family. They're blood traitors, no doubt about it. They could be serving the Dark Lord like my parents but decided to betray their bloodline."

"I like Ginny. She's a very good friend. She's a rather bright witch, you know- I think a lot of people underestimate her because she's young. But she is very capable, and she's really quite good at spells. She's slightly overshadowed by her older siblings at times because there are so many, but at the same time I think she stands out in her own way, really. She's a very interesting and unique person. She's wonderful to be around. Ginny comes from a lovely family, as well. Her home is very cosy and welcoming. I think the Weasleys are all a very nice family. Ginny's brother Ronald is also my friend, though he doesn't like to talk to me very much. Ginny can be rather protective of her friends. I don't think she needs to be, really. But it's a rather positive trait, too, I think. I like to spend time with Ginny. We talk sometimes- she isn't like the others. She's very accepting. It's a good trait to have."

ROLEPLAY SAMPLE
Danger. It was everywhere. Torture, pain, suffering. Dark clouds hung low in the sky outside, for you couldn't even escape the darkness from the inside of the castle. Madness. Unforgivables used left and right on students for reasons that would only get them repremanded a year earlier. Disaster. What was going on all around them as Voldemort took over. Hope.
There was none of that.
Somehow, no one found hope in all of this craziness. Ginny didn't blame them. Not too many people knew what the Boy Who Lived and his two best mates were doing at the current time. Three seventeen year olds risking their lives to save the wizarding world, and ultimately, the muggle world as well. Ginny stayed strong through all of this. She felt useless, threatened, frightened. For once, she couldn't just push her bubbly personality to the surface and hide her true feelings, like she had done all of her life. Ginny's usual happy, pleasant demeanor had been replaced with worry since she had first entered the school and saw what they had done. Who knew that Snape would bring in the Deatheaters to take over?
No one ever expected Snape to be the bad guy.
They all had their doubts about him. Perhaps the man was depressed. Or maybe even crazed. The Potions master needed to use more shampoo. He was too concealed in his dark robes and sullen expression. But not once ever did any of the students think he would go this far. None, of course, but Harry, Hermione, and Ron. They were the ones trying to fix the mess. Ginny wished they could have taken her along, but knew that Ron, for one, wold never allow such a thing, for he freaked out about her just courting, and two, the red head wouldn't be much help. Besides, whether she knew it or not at this point, Ginny was needed at Hogwarts. To help fight the corruption that was taking place.
To fight back to the man who killed Dumbledore.
Dumbldore, one of the most powerful wizards to ever grace the land, was killed by one shot of a spell. Avada Kedavra. The unforgivable that was truly unforgivable. The one, that no matter how much counter magic you did, nothing would be changed. The shot of this green spell at an unsuspecting headmaster, and he was gone forever. One man's absense changed everything completely. Instead of detentions, crucios were lashed out. Instead of fun lessons with fun teachers, there were dull lessons with dull teachers. They couldn't so much talk to each other in the hallways in between classes. Gryffindor common room was the only safe place for Ginny. Even there, she was not able to communicate with one of her only good friends left in the school.
Luna Lovegood, dubbed 'Loony' by others, was in the Ravenclaw. Ginny was not able to sit with her during meals, talk with her in between classes and in classes, and not able to see her in the safe common room. She had hardly been able to see her blonde friend at all. The girl had something about her that could calm anyone. She was a great friend, and a good listener too. Luna was just the friend Ginny needed, especially now that Hermione was gone, and she was not even able to see her. Or rather, see her where others could see the two girls.
Neville Longbottom, 'the wimp.' or 'disgrace to the Gryffindor House' was in her House. Little did they know that he was one of the boys to fulfill the prophecy. He was one of the students that would help contribute to destroying Voldemort. A boy born at the end of July of 1981. Neville was special, even if he didn't believe it so himself. He was the only friend she was able to communicate effectively with. The once little shy boy had grown into something stronger this year. Ginny was proud to see that he had changed so much from the time of the Yule Ball. While they ate across from each other, Ginny had a hard time thinking of much else other than what she had been planning.
In her mind, Ginny had been formulating a plan. This plan, with the help of Neville and Luna, would hopefully restore some order to the castle that was crumbling around them. After breakfast, as they all walked out of the dining hall, Ginny had 'bumped' into Luna very quickly and very slyly as to not look suspicious, and slipped a note in her robe pocket without even casting her a glance. The note, like Ginny, was blunt, and got right to the point. In Ginny's sloppy, but eligible handwriting, it read,
L,
Meet me in the ROR at 11:00 tonight. Much to talk about. Burn this after reading.
-G
Before leaving Neville, she slapped a letter in his hand and stalked off with no further explanation. Ginny couldn't have risked speaking about such plans, for others could have heard and told.
N,
ROR at 11:00 tonight. Burn after reading.
-G
Her note to the shy Gryffindor was even shorter than Luna's, since she was rushed for time.
The youngest Weasley tried to give out as little information as she could in the letter, for she did not want it to end up in the wrong hands. Luna and Neville would understand her abbreviation, not that Ginny really had to worry about the Room of Requirement. Most Deatheaters weren't aware of such a place in the castle, and the ones that were would have an awfully hard time trying to get to them. Time was running out for the two and they needed to talk before things got so uncontrollable that there would be absolutely no hope in stopping the madness.
It was late, and Ginny sat in the common room by the fireplace, rubbing her face in a tired, annoyed fashion. Truth be told, she was nervous about tonight. What if she was to be caught? Would she be tortured, expelled from the school? No, Ginny could not be expelled. There was so much she needed to do to help the school and everyone in it. Otherwise, Ginny would not have cared if she was caught in the act of rebelling. She was't some pansy that would take their cruel, unfair punishment. Voldemort needed to be stopped, one Deatheater at a time.
The clock struck 11. Ginny looked around her common room dorms. It was late, no one was in the main area. Most were asleep or whispering to each other in their rooms. Maybe they were the smart ones after all. She slipped out of the lit common room into the darkness of the corridors before changing her mind, and slipping into bed. Ginny wore bed clothing anyway, just in case she was caught, she could at least try to lie and say that she was sleeping, didn't feel well, so she went off to Madam Pomfrey's hospital wing. The Deatheaters likely wouldn't believe it, because Ginny looked healthy as a horse, expect for a few bruises, and scratches here and there (which was quite good considering some others). Instead of taking a lantern to help guide her way, Ginny used illegal magic as she strolled through the hallways. With a Lumos, Ginny could shut it off in an instant. With a lantern, turning out the light would be much harder.
Several stairs. Moving, creaking. Portraits. Giving her suspicious looks, questioning her. Darkness, surrounding everywhere where her lumos could not reach. Ginny should have been scared, but she had so much adrenaline pumping through her that she was merely anxious, and excited to see Luna and discuss everything with her. A little past 11, but Ginny made it to the room. As she walked up to the empty wall, it transformed into a big, elaborate door. Peering left and right, seeing that this corridor happened to be empty, for the seventh floor wasn't too busy even during the day, she opened the door and went inside, seeing that the inside right now was nothing more than two comfy chairs and a fireplace with warm flames licking it. It looked so different from her fourth year, when it was just a large room for spell praticing. Of course, the Room of Requirement only gave you what you required, so they didn't all that space, yet.
She sunk into one of the empty chairs and stopped her lumos, for she did not need it in the surprising brightness of the room. She was rather nervous that she had made it here before the other two, and she herself was late. Were Luna and Neville unable to come? Did they get caught? She she put her only girl friend and only true Gryffindor friend left in the school in danger? Ginny was immediately washed over in guilt. Give it a few more minutes until you panic. Things needed to be discussed. Plans needed to be sorted out.
Plans that involved the reformation of Dumbledore's Army.
There was none of that.
